Michael & Carlin // Winter Park Mead Garden Wedding

During our consultation, we sat on the back patio of a favorite local bar sharing happy hour IPA's. During the engagement shoot, we took a break for tequila shots & finished the night laughing over burgers. At every step of the way, our hangs lasted longer than the photos & pretty soon Michael & Carlin felt more like friends than clients.

I really couldn't ask for more amazing people to be around - they are intentional, kind, lovers of people & all around super quality humans.

Love ya'll forever. <3

The Shahi's // A Playful Winter Park Family Session

I first met Jay & Maria back in September when we ran around a downtown Orlando parking garage snapping some maternity photos. It was amazing to reunite last month, but this time with their freakinnngggg adorable son. The storm clouds rolled in as we played, but they pressed on & we had a great time. Jay & Maria , ya'll are such fun, silly people & I love getting to enter in to little moments in your lives.

Hope to see ya'll again soon! <3

Will & Christie // Dunaway Gardens Atlanta Wedding

It was a lovely fall day in a sprawling garden just outside of Atlanta, 40 of the closest friends & family had traveled to witness a covenant promise.

Christie is feisty, insanely fun, & has a contagious joyful energy. Will is kind, calm, & has a steady peace about him. Together, they make quite the pair.

The setting was incredible, the celebration was one for the books. An all around win of a day.

PS. Shout out to second shooter, Myles Berrio for being a super fun partner for the day!!

Winston & Adrienne // Atlantic Center for the Arts Intimate Wedding

I sure love me some intimate weddings - Winston & Adrienne's was no exception. It was such a relaxed day & it truly felt like Adrienne & Winston were slowly soaking in each drop. They leisurely got ready with the help of their parents, then braved the rain for some portraits. The literal moment we stepped outside for the first look, the skies unleashed. With a little bit a sweet talking, we were able to convince an art gallery manager to open after hours so we could duck inside while it monsooned. This "Plan B" turned out to be the best thing we could have asked for- portraits in an art gallery are pretty much a giant YES for me.

My favorite moment of the day (& probably top five for weddings this year) was the holy space that came immediately after Adrienne & Winston were pronounced husband & wife. They both exited the chapel, tears streaming down their face & spent the next few minutes in this sacred atmosphere of emotion. I felt so honored to bear witness & I've choked up every single time I scroll through that portion of the images.

It truly was a special day with two incredibly tender, kind, warm & intentional people.

Winston & Adrienne, you are lovely.

Neal & Michaela // Santa Barbara, California Greenhouse Wedding

Driving up the winding road to the Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm in Santa Barbara, I could see the greenhouses, the cactus fields, & the coastal cliffs. My heart was exploding with excitement & I thought "there could not be a more magical day".

Turns out my gut was right- it was perfect beyond perfect.

Michaela & Neal treated us like family & their friends did the same with no exception. Left & right I was offered food, wine, & hugs. I even ended the evening on the dance floor sandwiched between Michaela & one of her bridesmaids talking about how sad we were to leave each other because we'd had so much fun.

Neal & Michaela share a sweet love & so intentionally created the most beautifully designed & special day. There really are no words, so here is about a million images to tell the story for you. Enjoy!

Ps. HUGE shout out to Jamie English for being the most epic second shooter, assistant, & friend I could have asked for on this day. She's so talented! This day was also made most epic by coordinator/event planner extraordinaire Tyler Speier & videography master John Burman. It was a dream team on all accounts!

Anthony & Caroline // Classy Bramble Tree Estate Wedding

It was a sunny day in mid- March at the lovely Bramble Tree Estate. After exchanging vows, Anthony & Caroline walked back down the aisle with tears in their eyes. They had a few moments before their friends & family rushed to hug & congratulate them. They stood tearfully embracing one another, both of their eyes filled with such gratitude and appreciation.

This was my favorite memory of the day- a quiet moment aways from all the to-do, just 2 people in awe of one another & soaking in the joy of new life together.

Anthony & Caroline, you are both so lovely. Thank you for letting me be a part of your story. <3

David & Tara // The Acre Orlando Wedding

David and Tara's wedding day was such a sweet one for me. I've known Tara since high school & while we weren't super close, it's been fun to keep up with her life from afar. She is one of those people who always makes me smile whenever I run into her around town. She is always so friendly and kind.

When she inquired with me for her wedding, I was so thrilled, but I was even more excited when I was able to meet David & see how sweetly he loved her.

Watching Tara, her son Eli, & David become a new family was one of those unforgettable sacred moments for me. I won't soon forget watching tears roll down Eil's cheek as he watched his mom say her vows or the way he cried from the sheer joy of "getting the dad he's always prayed for". It was such a beautiful, hope filled day & every time I look through these images, I feel it in my heart all over again.

I hope you do too.

Ps. Huge shout out to Jeannie Albers for being an epic second shooter on this one!! <3

Adam & Olivia // Bramble Tree Estate Winter Wedding

Adam & Olivia could truly not be any sweeter. They approach each other with such a gentle tenderness that I so admire. The whole day they both seemed so peaceful & just genuinely grateful to be entering into life together.

We took their portraits as the dusk rolled in. The serenity of the field perfectly matched the way they were with one another. It was such a beautiful day all around.

Hope you enjoy their sweetness....
