It was the first chilly day of our Florida fall. The park was insanely crowded with other photographers, people picnicking, and joggers on a high, but we found some quiet pockets & made it our own.

Last month I drove to the gulf coast of Florida to meet John & Rainee. Gosh, they are both incredible. We ran around the beach playing in the cloudy sunset light, braved the chilly water as the moon rose, & didn't stop shooting till there was not a drop of light left in the sky. I shed a few quiet tears as I watched their tenderness with one another come alive in front of my camera.
So happy for this special afternoon spent with them. <3
